Jamie joined the school recently in September 2022. A local, Jamie grew up in Canterbury participating in both school and club Football, Hockey, Cricket and Basketball reaching County, and National level finals in the process.

 Jamie undertook his graduate degree in Physical Education and Sport at St.Mary’s University, Twickenham where he represented the Basketball 1^st team. After a summer working as a Sports Leader at Camp Clifton, Ohio. He returned to the U.K. and worked closely with the P.E. department as a T.A. at Orchard School, Canterbury for an academic year completing coaching qualifications in Rugby, Basketball, Hockey, Athletics and Football.The following September he started his teacher training at Canterbury Christ Church with placements at Abbey School, Faversham and Borden Grammar School, Sittingbourne.

At the end of the course Jamie joined Norton Knatchbull School, Ashford where he was Master in Charge of Hockey for seven years as his teams excelled in County competitions in Cricket and predominately Football. Whilst at NKS he ran both the Football and Hockey 1^st XI teams and took three separate cohorts to Kent Cup Football Finals, winning their first County Football trophy in over thirty years.

This led onto Jamie becoming coach of the KSFA U15 County football side. At NKS, Jamie also held the role of Academic Lead of Y8 and taught both GCSE and A Level Physical Education.
