St Edmund's

Many congratulations to our former pupil Charles Francis.  Charles is currently studying at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and has just won their prestigious Dame Gillian Weir Messiaen Prize.  This is awarded annually for the best performance by a student organist of a work by the French composer Messiaen.  Charles won the £1000 prize ahead of fierce competition from more experienced musicians.  We are very proud of this tremendous achievement.
