St Edmund's

Today I caught up with our victorious U16 Hockey team who proudly showed me their medals and trophy from their recent win at the National Championships.

Previously in Head’s Line this morning, U16 player Joseph gave a terrific report on the team’s experience in Nottingham and the eventual 4-1 victory over Wrekin College.  Needless to say the whole school is immensely proud of the team, Captain Will and our wonderful coaches Mr McHugh and Mr Curtiss.  We are now looking forward to seeing this young and talented group of players develop over the next couple of years.

I also wanted to congratulate sixth formers Michael and Charlie on their silver medal in the Kent County Tennis Doubles Championship. It was a brilliant effort by two talented and committed players.
